Sissinghurst Castle
Sissinghurst Castle, one of my most favourite National Trust places to visit. I will warn you now, there are A LOT of photos in this post; its a dream to photograph with lots of details around every corner.
Historic, poetic, iconic; a refuge dedicated to beauty. Vita Sackville-West and Harold Nicolson fell in love with Sissinghurst Castle and created a world renowned garden with gorgeous statues.
The white garden.
Burst of colours everywhere.
The purple border.
It is definitely one of the busier NT venues but, if you get your angles right, you can cover up people with the plants.
For anyone wanting more information I have linked their website here
The gardens are at their best in the summer
Inside the herb garden
Does anyone else think about summer camps when looking at jetty's?
This is one of my favourite pictures from Sissinghurst.
I could have included so many more photos as they have a lovely moat and a gazebo
You can go inside the castle and climb to the top.
Sissinghurst is a really gorgeous part of Kent, all of the surrounding areas are stunning.
