Halnaker

I have wanted to visit Halnaker for about a year after seeing it on social media. In the autumn, it looks like a golden tunnel, so magical! As Autumn is a bit delayed this year it was still very green but still very pretty.

We were driving back from our trip to Dorset and thought  we would stop off for a bite to eat and the windmill walk which takes around 30 minutes. There is a small car park at the bottom of the road and it is signposted but we left our car at The Anglesey Arms pub.

We walked around 15,000 steps this day as we had done the clifftop walk in Studland and also visited Corfe Castle so I needed carbs! This delicious pumpkin and ricotta ravioli went down a treat.

Shameless plug for Hill & Ellis! Wherever I go, the bags come with me.

Does that make me a crazy bag lady?

Annoyingly, my camera battery died so we took these on an iphone, these photo's aren't as good as the others I have seen but I hope you can see how beautiful it is!

Halnaker is in Chichester, West Sussex so have a look if you are visiting nearby!
