Picnics with Pale Fox

I am a real sucker for packaging. After I saw the advert for Pale Fox on social media with their floral display I promptly ordered a bottle to try next time that Mr Poachie and I had a picnic date.

I adore picnic dates. I love being outdoors and picnic food means quiche, sausage rolls and cheese.

It was a very delicious prosecco, I added a little of my home made elderflower cordial for extra sweetness.

I went all out setting up this picnic. I think every time Mr Poachie came back outside I had added more vases of flowers and cushions!

To me it is worth the effort. I like being a little extra and its fun making it nice.

I don't think Mr Poachie cares whether we use real crockery or not but he is happy when we get delicious food in from the butchers and deli.

It was a fabulously glorious sunny afternoon so we spent the entire day picnicking by the pond, I was reading Pride and Prejudice and was hoping any minute Mr Poachie might do a Mr Darcy and dive into the pond. Alas, he did not. 

This wasn't a paid partnership for Pale Fox, I just really like prosecco!
