An afternoon at Camber sands

I think it's fair to say, if you live in the South East of England, you probably have been to Camber Sands.

Miles of sandy beaches attract the masses each summer so whilst we have avoided it at all costs throughout lockdown and the heatwave, on a beautiful September Sunday we decided to head to the coast and make the most of the warm weather.

I also was desperate to use my new beach brolly which I bought from Sunday Supply

It was a bit of splurge despite the discount I was given but it was something that Mr Poachie just couldn't understand why I didn't buy one from Amazon. This has two metres of coverage, proper UV protection and I am currently in the process of checking to see if I have a BCC (basel cell carninoma) which is a non threatening type of cancer, I thought it was best to get some proper protection which includes a proper beach brolly.

I spent my 20's obsessed with trying to get a tan and in my 30s I have just given up and use fake tan and am actually happier and more comfortable in the shade.

Plus it is super stylish so once I fell in love with it, I had to have it.

Mr Poachie is super practical and can never understand my ways of thinking. I tell him I am a passionate artist with visions and with my Spanish heritage I feel things more deeply.

It is just better if he smiles and nods at this.

Always keeping the peaches vibes!

The beach did eventually get rammo but we have some peace and seclusion in the sand dunes. I don't like Camber that much but I love being on the beach so it's the only option.

I hope you all had a super weekend! Wear sunscreen.
