Bluebell vineyard

Mr Poachie knows that the key ingredient to any great date, is wine. 

Not that he is a keen wine drinker himself, he knows it makes me happy so after visiting the Bluebell railway we then stopped by for a little tasting at the Bluebell Vineyard

Costing only £5 we were poured a selection of different and delicious wines to taste whilst overlooking the beautiful vineyards.

I think both of our favourites was the sparkling. They sell the Hindleap range which I have since seen in supermarkets and deli's.

They also have a beautiful indoor tasting room but as it was a nice day we opted to sit outside.

There was only another small group of people here when we visited, it would be a fun place to go on a hen do or a girls afternoon out.

I really enjoy visiting vineyards and have done a few that are local to us but there are still some that I am yet to tick off from my 'live the life you love' list.

The lady who was serving our drinks was lovely, really knowledgeable but didn't encroach on us too much so we could be giggly in private!

It was the perfect end to a perfect date.
