Pashley Manor Gardens

I appreciate I have probably written a version of this blog post each Spring, but I simply cannot resist visiting Pashley Manor especially in the Springtime when the wisteria is out and the tulips are blooming. I say it every year but it is my happy place. Wisteria and home made quiche people!

And yes, I take the same photo's each year, although I swear they move the statues around which just adds to the magical charm of this fabulous place.

The one thing that does remain is the black swan, who given the chance would peck the living daylights out of me! Its pure evil, perhaps in a past life I deeply offended it.

Anyway, I apologise for the repetitive content, these photos are from 2022 so Im sure I will visit and post about it again this year, you have been warned..

It does get very busy, mostly with, ahem, older ladies, so I always like to visit either first thing or late afternoon but I always make time to stop for some tea and a quiche. Annoyingly they only serve filter coffee but the food is home made, the cakes are delicious and i adore the quiche and salad option.

I would say you could spend a few hours here, I like to slowly wander and take a lot of photos and videos, The gardens are massive but they are varied and higgeldy piggeldy. There is also a great gift shop and plants for sale.

You cant nose around in the house (dang it!) its a private residence, the lucky owners open the gardens to the public from April to October.

You dont need to book tickets either, unless it is one of their special events.

Its also part of the Historic House membership so entry is included for members.

There is extensive parking in a field which can get muddy.

One day I might stop posting about this place, but today is not that day! See you there in Spring!
